Rename immich containers

- Rename 'server' to 'immich' to clarify container usage
- Rename 'machine-learning' to 'immich-machine-learning' since that is the default url of immich (https://docs.immich.app/administration/system-settings/#url). This prevents having to change the URL in the settings on a fresh install.
